In this letter, Lorenzana relates his opinion on the Spanish plan to evict the Governor of California and the provinces of Sonora, Sinaloa, and Nueve Vizcaya. This manuscript also contains a letter to de Gálvez from Bishop Francisco Fabian y Fuero, which validates Lorenzana's words. Facsimile. In Spanish.
